Bare Board De-stacker

The Bare Board De-stacker
is used to segregate one board from its stack onto the production line.
By incorporating a
customized releasing mechanism designs this module is able to achieved a
fast and efficient segregation. The cycle time for this module is less than
5 seconds per board. |

The Board Inverter is
used to invert printed circuit board from topside to bottom-side or vice
versa. A by-pass mode for no invert is also make possible through a
selection switch.
The undesired board
'drop' during rotation can be eliminated by incorporating a two-tiers
belt conveying system. The cycle time for this module is less than 8
seconds per board. |

Board Pusher

The Board Pusher is used
to push boards to the next process/module by a pneumatic cylinder with
spring-loaded attachment.
The home and away
positions can be adjusted manually to suit. |

The Edge Belt Conveyor
is used for PCB assembly machines connection And inspection. The width
is manually adjusted to suit different board sizes by way of a roller
chain and gears.
The allowable
tolerance at any point of the conveyor length should not exceed 0.2mm
for 0.5m long and 0.35mm for 3.0m. |

FIFO/LIFO Buffer

The FIFO/LIFO Buffer is
used for storage of boards. Suitable for SMT machines and PCB assembly line.
This module has the
ability to perform FIFO or LIFO operation together with pass through mode.
An adjustable indexing pitch between 10, 20, 30 & 40mm are provided for easy
selection. Designed for high accurate positioning of carriage for precise
board transfers. |

The Flat Belt Conveyor
is used for transporting boards and pallets. The belt meets ESD
specifications with heat resistance and hard surface for robust
applications.
This module can be use
after wave soldering machine and as workstation. |

Lift Gate

The
Lift Gate is used for the creation of a 600mm passage way in the production
line. Lifting can be achieved manually or through a pneumatic cylinder
fitted with a safety-locking device activated during power failure.

The Magazine Loader is
used to load boards from production line into magazine and likewise the
Un-loader for unloading boards from magazine onto production line.
Both the Loader &
Un-loader is capable of holding 5 magazines excluding the one on the
carriage. |
