The K1000 is a manually operated circular blade depanelizer. The operator places the score line on the bottom blade guard and pushes the PCB between the two circular blades to singulate individual panels

The upper circular blade can be adjusted to set the correct blade gap for convenient and safe singulation of prescored PCBs. The upper front blade guard can be adjusted to set the correct gap so only the score line can be passed to the blades.

 
 

K2000 - Low Cost Motorized Circular Blade Depanelizer

The K2000 is a motorized circular blade depanelizer. The upper circular blade can be adjusted to set the correct blade gap for convenient and safe singulation of prescored PCBs. Upper front blade guard is adjustable to set the correct gap so only the score line can be passed to the blades. Operator places score line on the bottom blade guard and moves the PCB to the two circular blades to singulate individual panels. Lower circular blade is motor driven, with 2-speed selection switch.

K3000 - Manual Circular/Linear Blade Depanelizer

The K3000 is available in a standard 18" linear blade and a long 24" linear blade version. The PCB to be singulated is placed with the score line on the linear blade and the circular blade is pulled across the scored PCB to singulate the panels. Blade guards on either side assure operator safety. Adjustable front and back support table can be set for operator convenience and tilted to allow cut PCB panels to slide onto a conveyor or into a storage container.

The tooling bar shown at left can be mounted onto the support table to help align longer panels, or panels with a thin score line where the holding position may be hard to locate.
