PH series is a
high-speed; highly flexible automated programming system designed for
today’s most demanding manufacturing applications.

Product Features
Support
devices in all flat packages. (uBGAs, TSOPs, QFPs, SOPs, and others)
Uses
standard socket-open-top sockets or cram-shell (lid) sockets.
Since
ICs are transferred directly between the trays ad programmer with our
original suction pad, the lead pins are not damaged.
The
system provides management of master files by network and can save log data
for programming devices.
Pick-and-place
moves to control 4 axis- XYZθ, and allows
placement of a variety of trays.
The
Windows-based user interface and our easy to use software tools make it
quick and easy to operate.
Quickly
and easily installed, removed and converted as a part of device changeover
without any tools.
After
programming, devices can be marked with an ink marking, laser marking or
labeling.
