According to purpose of measurement, simply measurement of
Access Time, Icc and Ipp measurement are possible so that quality of device
can be improved. Further, failure-analyzing function such as various margin
tests, analyzing function of fail bit is available.
Easy
and comfortable operation with Windows based GUI
Y501 provides easy and comfortable operation through menu
selection mode by Windows based GUI and PC control by parallel port
connection. It can be customized according to purpose of use and historical
data of processed work can be recorded. By using optional digital I/O card
connection card, WindowsNT and Windows2000 are also supported.

Not only
