reduces programming and verification time of various Flash Memory
corresponding to speedy device support using basic algorithm of Y1000.

Easy and
comfortable operation with touch panel!
Hardware consists of Celeron
700MHz, 128M Main Memory, 10GB
HDD, which permits an easy and comfortable operation by means of
Menu Selection on Screen using GUI, based on Windows. Incorporating
LAN interface and CD drive as
a standard configuration; Master Data Transfer can be easily executed with
high speed. In addition, the system can be customized to according to the
usage and historical management of each operation process can be executed.

In combination with
Auto-Handler, productivity can be improved. Since Y2000 can be networked for
high-speed data transfer, it is also suitable for development field. Y2000

Access Time, Icc and Ipp measurement are possible so that quality of device
can be improved. Further, failure-analyzing function such as various margin
tests, analyzing function of fail bit is available.
