MMX Pentium 166MHz, 32MB main memory, 8.4GB HDD and 6.5”TFT LCD display with TOUCH PANEL for basic hardware. Easy and comfortable graphical user interface by simply touching the screen. Pre-installed MS-Windows95 will easily enable networking system as an enhancement feature. In addition, it can be customized to usage requirements and keep track of operations.

 Increase productivity! Pack a punch in prototyping and R&D

In combination with Auto-Handler, productivity can be improved. Since Y1000 can be networked for high-speed data transfer, it is also suitable for development field (Binary data transfer time to 1M byte is 7 seconds and data transfer time for 32M bit Flash memory is 28 seconds). Y1000 provides improvement of throughput widely from development to production field.

 Break away from current limitation, Y1000 brings you ”Testing”!

According to purpose of measurement, simply measurement of Access Time, Icc and Ipp measurement are possible so that quality of device can be improved. Further, failure-analyzing function such as various margin tests, analyzing function of fail bit is available.
